Squadi Registration Process

Preparation
Before you start, ensure you have:
  • A valid email address.
  • A headshot photo of the player (required for most registrations).
  • Payment method (credit/debit card).
  • "Play On" voucher code (if applicable)

Initial Setup (App or Web)
  1. Access Squadi: Go to registration.squadi.com or download the "Squadi" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Create Account: If you are new, click "Create User Profile". If you have played before in the Football Queensland/Australia structure, log in with your existing credentials.
  3. Parent Registration: If registering a child, create the account in your name (the parent/guardian) first. 
3. Registration Process
  1. Start Registration: Once logged in, go to "Actions" and select "Register".
  2. Select Participant:
    • Click "New Participant Registration" for a new player.
    • Select "Registering a family member" for children under 18.
    • Select "Registering Myself" for players 18+.
  3. Enter Details: Fill in all required information (marked with a red asterisk).
  4. Find Club/Competition: In the search box, type your club name (e.g., "Ripley Valley FC").
  5. Select Product: Choose the correct age group and membership product (e.g., MiniRoos, Community Juniors, Senior).
  6. Review and Pay: Add the competition/membership, accept the terms and conditions, and proceed to payment.
  7. Confirmation: You should receive an email confirmation and invoice from Squadi
